Sand plants in each region have unique needs and production and transportation characteristics. Today we are going to visit a sand factory in Jiangsu Province, which uses a complete set of Yuhui Heavy Industries' sand production lines. The specific configuration is as follows:

2 sets of PGY1200*500 roller sand making machines, 2 sets of 2470 vibrating screens, 2 sets of 2624 sand washing machines, and 2 sets of 2040 dewatering and recycling integrated machines.

Such a sand making production line is a construction plan provided by Yuhui Heavy Industry to customers after on-site inspection. The customer recognized the solution very much and purchased the above-mentioned machinery and equipment according to our plan.

The sand factory purchases crushed stone to make sand, with an hourly output of more than 250 tons of 5 mm machine-made sand. Including all costs, the cost per ton of machine-made sand is only 25 yuan, but the selling price reaches 45 to 50 yuan, doubling the value. Fan.

The sand plant produces about 800,000 tons of machine-made sand every year, with a total production cost of about 20 million yuan and an income of about 37 million yuan. Excluding the depreciation of fixed assets, the gross profit is about 12 million yuan.

The geographical advantage of the sand plant is also one of the reasons why the sand plant can achieve such success. The sand factory is located beside a river, and water transportation is very convenient. The raw gravel and finished sand of the sand plant are transported by water throughout the entire process. The transportation volume is large and convenient, and the purchasing and sales scope is very wide. Compared with other regions, the transportation by car is also more environmentally friendly and energy-saving.
